This technique works with balancing the Chakras (energy centers which balance the body). 12+ oils that are found in ancient scriptural texts are applied to each of the energy centers followed by techniques that assist the body in releasing toxins and emotions. Session begins with a brief explanation (if necessary) of the chakras followed by an evaluation of the chakras prior to treatment to help better understand application process. The use of essential oils is one of the oldest and most respected natural therapies known to humankind. The Bible refers to essential oils over 200 times. The core 12 oils used all have references in the Bible. Energy Therapy

Reiki

image7

This is a gentle method of hands-on healing that taps into the energy referred to as ki (pronounced “chi”) in Japan, qi (pronounced “chi”) in China, and prana in India. The practice of Reiki is based on the teachings of Mikao Usui, who practiced and taught healing techniques in early twentieth century Japan. Reiki is not massage, hypnosis or a tool for diagnosing illness. It is a technique that addresses both chronic and acute conditions, gently and powerfully promoting balance among all the body’s systems and the regenerative processes of body and mind. Polarity Therapy

image8

Energy fields and currents exist everywhere in nature. Polarity Therapy asserts that the flow and balance of energy in the human body is the foundation of good health. Polarity Therapy works to balance the elemental energy lines (ether, air, fire, water, earth) and their correlating points of positive, neutral, negative. In the Polarity model, health is experienced when:

  • Energy systems function in their natural state, and
  • Energy flows smoothly without significant blockage or fixation

When energy is unbalanced, blocked or fixed due to stress, trauma or other factors, pain and disease arise. Blockages generally manifest in sequence from the subtle to the dense levels of the field. Polarity Therapy seeks to find the blockages and release energy to normal flow patterns, and to maintain the energy field in an open, flexible condition. For more information: http://www.polaritytherapy.org/In a typical session, the practitioner assesses energetic attributes using palpation, observation and interview methods. Sessions do not require disrobing, and involve soft touch, some rocking as well as point specific touch.Session times are available in 60 or 90 minute increments.
